It took me quite awhile to get this bottle for some reason. It seems to be a good product. It is fresh. Mine is best by November 2027. It came double sealed, which I like. The capsules are a little larger than standard in size but not difficult for me to swallow as I am used to that size. There were no off odors or tastes.There are 60 capsules in the bottle and recommended dose is 2 per day so that makes this bottle a 30-day supply if you follow those directions.

I have been taking Sciaticare for a few weeks and I am slowly getting better. I am going to physical therapy at the same time so I am not. Certain how much is the supplement or the exercises.

I let a friend of mine try this one to ease his insomnia from playing mobile legend, after few minutes he went AFK from the game. I tried on my first day and yup i was asleep for 8 hours.BTW, this is my very first sleeping aid. Here is what i have noticed, i fell asleep within 30 minutes and able to sleep for 8 hours(until my alarm goes on). During the 8 hours, each time i hear noises outside i am awakened, but remained relax and and goes back to sleep. I woke up to the sound of my alarm, went off the bed, had my breakfast, bath and vitamin C and another to help my brain to be alert and slept in the car while traveling to work for 1 1/2 hr. And there goes my day without feeling exhausted or too sleepy nor spent. I guess the overall effectivity rests on your discipline and how you take care of yourself and your lifestyle.
On my 2nd sleeping time(2nd day), i used it but had only 6 hours to sleep, had cola, rice and grilled chicken before sleeping. Then i woke up from my 2-3 hours sleep and was never able to sleep again until my wake up alarm. I got up, had breakfast, bath, vitamin C and Memory enhancer, never slept in the car but played mobile games, then i tried to sleep but couldn’t. Then the whole day at work, i was missing my bed so much. And so i promised to do it better on my 3rd day.
My 3rd day of using it. I was excited that i have 10 hrs to sleep, had a light meal and good warm bath, hurried to my room, switched off the light upon entering, lit my salt lamp and grabbed the melatonin from the table, i applied the melatonin to my nape(scented.. but i never realized it on my 1st 2nd day, but maybe the scent is in the middle of the bottle i thought) and went to bed. Within 5hrs i am awake, tried to sleep but could not until my alarm.
So i got up, had my breakfast, bath and put on moisturizer to my face in a rush because i am about to be late then i realized that the moisturize is a bit odd, but i am in a rush so i put it in my bag and took off.. times passed, the driver woke me up to inform me ive arrived to my destination. Did my usual routine at work, times passed my supervisor woke me up to inform me i have a slept for an hour, and so i sipped coffee to survive the day, but time passed again that i am super wondering why i feel so relax and light.
Then a little bit of smartness came to light, i checked my bag to discover i moisturized my face with the melatonin. My moisturizer and Melatonin have the same packaging. I almost lost my job, so it’s a 4 star only.
Oh btw, i used it for illegal intentions like making someone sleep.. especially if that person does not want to share the tv remote.
