This product works well to relieve the crawling sensation of restless leg syndrome. I thought it had magnesium in it but it does not. It is just about as good as the magnesium based creams.

I waited a little longer to review this product as I wanted to try it longer to see if it would actually help me with my nerve damage pain in my legs. After using this product daily for over two weeks, I’m certain this product is helping me daily lower the nerve damage pain in my legs.A product like this doesn’t work fast, I knew that going into it hence the reason to wait a bit to try it longer for results. It does seem that my nerve damage pain on the back side of my legs is being relieved more with the use of this product.Is this a miracle product for me, no it’s not. BUT, I’ll take whatever I can to help lower the pain in my legs! This is just another product that helps me get through the day with less pain. So for me, it’s a win in my book. I realize this product is geared towards people with RLS. Many times products like this help with more than just the main use for it.That holds true for many prescribed medications as well. So maybe give it a try if you’ve got nerve damage as well. Who knows, this product might do something for hand relief as well. That’s probably the next area I’ll focus on to see if it helps at all with arthritis, it could very well work for that since it’s helping with nerve damage pain.Bottom Line: I DO recommend this product and hope this review helps.

Sometimes I toss and turn and can't find a comfortable placement for my legs in bed. I've not been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome but I'm guessing that is the cause. Sometimes I take a pain reliever before bedtime, but I really don't like to resort to those.I tried rubbing this cream on my lower legs and on my feet. Seems like it did calm down the nerves or whatever causes the restlessness and pain, as I got to sleep fairly quickly with a minimum amount of fussing with my leg position.
