Let me preface this by saying as an Amazon customer since 1998, these "sponsored" reviews of the last few years are, IMO, one of the worst things to happen on Amazon since the beginning.I paid full price for a bottle of this in 07/15 and put it in my box of many similar products and promptly forgot about it until this Holiday week. I have the interesting life of one with Fibromyalgia, and early onset osteoarthritis in both of my hips, the left so far gone I'm temporarily in a wheelchair while arrangements are made for a replacement. I'm 45. Recently the narcotic pain patches and breakthrough med wasn't just not cutting it, an average day was me was sobbing uncontrollably in pain while my DH (& caretaker) watched helplessly. Even the recent steroid injection which normally should've given me some relief did nada. In desperation, my dear husband took the Nervex out of my "pain arsenal" and suggested giving it a try. Within five minutes of him rubbing the pinkish, odorless cream into my hip and thigh, my pain was gone. Seriously.
